Why am i getting this notice (newsletter) a day after it is over? I never knew about this sale til June 1, 2015 and sale was already over May 31, 2015

wow! I would have loved to buy some tubes that were on sale but alas, the newsletter came today and it was a day too late!

I didn't receive notice about bonus until 6/1/ 15!!!!!!!!! the bonus ended on 5/31/15!!!!!!
So what is wrong with this picture?????!!!!!!!! think someone is trying to look good without doing what they are supposed to.Maybe maynot buy from this site anymore...
