SPEAK UP: PFD wants to know what YOU want

Thank you for your input Margie and yes, one of the main purposes of this is to make things very fast for our customers when ordering and viewing. We are growing, our audience is growing. so this is something that we want to do do ensure enjoyable shopping experience to all.

I can only hope for a faster server. When i order, i order up to 50 tubes and everyone knows that is very time consuming. I sit here and wait, and wait for my cart to get cleared and i get the OK email to start downloading. Why this takes so long is beyond me. Seems when everything was changed to this server, things got slower.

I do agree with the storage of keeping our purchases safe, more males (Older hunks would be good) are the only other things i can think of.

Love the site, and the artists. Maybe you can do a "Feature" on a artist of the month. Tell something about him/her and offer tubes on special for that time period.

A more simplified "search" feature! The current search feature is so cumbersome to utilize!

I'd like to see larger thumbnails of the artist tubes it's very hard when searching for a tube to have the thumbnails so small. I've opened as many as 30 thumbnails looking for a certain tube ..or if larger thumbnails aren't practical then putting the name of the tube under the thumbnail would be a huge help

It would be great to have a gallery for taggers like myself to show our work with the artists tubes and scrap kits.
Also there could be challenges over a theme for instance and some prizes why not!

I hope all my products I have purchased in the past will still be available to download? This is the most awesome feature of your store I think. I have lost many tubes due to computer problems, etc, but I know I can always get my PFD tubes back anytime!
