January gift to PFD's loyal customers

We make a gift to loyal customers every month and the conditions are always the same - 3 purchased tube in the last month. Gifts, prepaid projects and exclusive pictures from the club are never counted towards the three purchases, because this is the store's policy and one can choose to be a part of it or not, thank you for understanding :). The gift image usually also appears in quests for those that did not have a chance to get them otherwise.

We still have to pay for prepaid projects why do they not count towards purchases?

Do prepaid projects not count? I bought several prepaid in January but never received this tube

No, prepaid projects do not count, only the actual purchases.
