We are THREE!!!

It's incredible, but we really are three! Not so long ago, it seems, we were a small illustration store dealing with out little problems that were getting more and more complex. You, our dear customers, have been with us through good times and not so good. It feels awesome to know that here we are, all together!

Our dream is to keep celebrating our birthdays with you, being part of a large circle of friends that share spiritual and artistic tastes. Stay with us for more, visit us with kind thoughts and sincere intentions, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you have a blast every time you shop.

As a sign of or gratitude to you, we are launching a special PFD birthday promotion. You will get 50% of the money spent on December 19th our server time. All you need is buy tubes and/or kits on December 19th from 00.00 to 23.59 GMT+1 to get half of the money spent returned to your accounts on the next day! For your convenience, there will be a countdown timer on our site to see how much time you still have.

We would also like to thank our artist and kit designers for their hard work and hope they will enjoy the boost in sales immensely!

You are probably thinking that this is all, but it's not. Our affiliate forums also get gifts, and so does our amazing team that's been with us from the moment the store appeared, sharing our success and our problems. We thank our support service rep Julia, the head of the tech department Andrew, as well as our administrators and assistants for being with us, there is a special surprise you can start looking forward to :)

We would love it if you, our customers, could leave a few words in comments about how it's been for you shopping at our store all this time. Maybe there is something you want added or improved. Three most substantial and touching posts (according to the PFD team) in this topic will be rewarded. The three winners will be able to choose an idea for a prepaid project and see it implemented by their favorite artists. Congrats on your 3rd anniversary!!! PFD is truly a wonderful site - I love so many of the artists and designers and it's always a treat to see what new and clever items they come up with. Thanx to everyone at PFD for all the hard work you do to make our shopping time such a pleasure!!!

Happy Birthday to you!!!! Seems like you have been around a lot longer than 3 years. You guys rock!!!!! You are my favorite shop. You always respond right away with a problem, you are generous each month with a special for your customers no matter how many tubes they buy each month. I love the fact that I can always browse through my dl history so that I dont buy a tube again, The prepaid projects are awesome because we can save a little bit on the tube. There are many talented artists on this site., I love that I can deposit money in my account so that I can purchase as new tubes come out and dont have to wait till next month to buy something. I budget each month for this company.
Scrapkit designers are great and a good addition to this store. Many more years to you PFD.......love you

I can't say all I'd want to say. English is not my language and there's a lot of words that I don't know. But I sure know one thing. I want to spend three years more (and then, three more, and three more, and...) with all the people at PFD. You're awesome!!

Have a very happy 3rd birthday. I honestly love this store because of its great customer service, the amazing gifts our forum receives every month for being an affiliate and the quality images that you produce. It's ALWAYS a pleasure to shop here.

PFD has never, ever been a problem here. Your customer service is beyond compare..I ALWAYS receive my tubes in a timely manner .. no problems with downloading them either. Also, I never have any problems resizing them when I create with them.

I am looking forward to buying more tubes from you guys and hope to participate in more quests and contribute to the exclusives.

Happy Birthday to PFD and a HUGE "Thank you" to the staff and artists for making PFD a safe and pleasant place to not only shop, but express our opinions and know that someone is listening and actually CARES!
Each time I contact customer service, I receive a quick and courteous response.
With so many other tube stores opening and closing, often without notice and STEALING from artists and customers, at least I know that PFD has integrity and would not do this to their artists or customers.
Many of you know that a different store (NOT PFD) recently closed without giving artists or customers proper notice. They stole from me at least $100 USD in tubes that I had in my account and planned to give away during the holiday season.
I e-mailed customer service at PFD and Julia reassured me that this would never happen a PFD and I believe her. I've always been treated well here and it is my number one PSP store to shop for myself and gifts for friends.
I also love the fact that the artists here communicate with their fans/customers and try to incorporate our ideas and requests when creating pre-paid exclusive tubes. This gives me the feeling that I am part of the creative process and that the artists actually CARE what we think.
I have always been loyal to PFD and will remain so. Thank you to everyone at PFD & Happy Holidays.

I absolutely love PFD as is!!! Though I will say as I read through other comments one in particular stood out & that commenter was Synful :)
Everything that Synful said is true & agreed with. I love the idea that Synful pointed out with regards to our downloads, both the search function & being able to download all of our purchase together rather than 1 at a time. But to be completely honest even without anything being changed, PFD is still the main store I go to & this will continue no matter what.

Happy birthday PFD!! This is one fan who is immensely excited to have you in our PSP community and hopes you will remain with us for a long, LONG time to come!

You single handedly changed the world of PSP tubes when you came onto the scene, being the first to offer LARGE, incredibly HIGH QUALITY tubes, many with multiple interchangable layers that allowed us to customize our tubes to our own liking. Before you I think the largest tubes we had available to us were around 550 pixels on the longest side. And while I'm not complaining...having PSP tubes AT ALL to create our tags with is wonderful and I am grateful for ALL PSP tube artists and companies, but when I got my very first tube from PFD, and I remember it being a Verymany tube who to this date remains my favorite artist now, I about passed out with excitement. I could not believe how BIG it was, and the DETAIL and CLARITY and QUALITY of the tube! It was unbelievable. Unlike any tube I had ever purchased or seen prior to that. AND FOR THE SAME PRICE WE HAD BEEN PAYING FOR THE SMALLER TUBES!! WOW!!

And it was because of your artists and your company setting that new trend and paving that road that so many artists and companies have followed suit, and we now have ALL these amazing large, quality tubes we can purchase from everywhere, nearly ALL the stores and ALL the artists for our tagging needs and pleasures!! And we have YOU to thank!! And I can't thank you enough or find the words to show my appreciation for all you have done to improve the world of PSP tubes for us taggers!

And then we get into all the AMAZING artists you introduced us to?! OMG!! Verymany and Alex Prihodko and Misticheskaya and Zlata M and Alehandra Vanhek and Alfadesire and Ellie Milk and you Mr. Rzhevskii who we have to thank for all of this?? I could go on and on but you get the idea! I'd never seen art of this caliber before and it raised the bar on what was possible in the world of PSP tubes. I can't visit this site without exclaiming in glee with each new image I open, and excitedly anticipating my next payday so I can get my hands on the newest goodies to be released.

PFD is by far the best company out there. You've changed our world in the PSP community in so many positive ways in such a short time, and there's certainly only many more wonderful things ahead in the future. Thank you, THANK YOU - for all you've done and will continue to do!! Tagging will never be the same and we owe that all to you!!
