We are THREE!!!

It's incredible, but we really are three! Not so long ago, it seems, we were a small illustration store dealing with out little problems that were getting more and more complex. You, our dear customers, have been with us through good times and not so good. It feels awesome to know that here we are, all together!

Our dream is to keep celebrating our birthdays with you, being part of a large circle of friends that share spiritual and artistic tastes. Stay with us for more, visit us with kind thoughts and sincere intentions, and we will do everything in our power to make sure you have a blast every time you shop.

As a sign of or gratitude to you, we are launching a special PFD birthday promotion. You will get 50% of the money spent on December 19th our server time. All you need is buy tubes and/or kits on December 19th from 00.00 to 23.59 GMT+1 to get half of the money spent returned to your accounts on the next day! For your convenience, there will be a countdown timer on our site to see how much time you still have.

We would also like to thank our artist and kit designers for their hard work and hope they will enjoy the boost in sales immensely!

You are probably thinking that this is all, but it's not. Our affiliate forums also get gifts, and so does our amazing team that's been with us from the moment the store appeared, sharing our success and our problems. We thank our support service rep Julia, the head of the tech department Andrew, as well as our administrators and assistants for being with us, there is a special surprise you can start looking forward to :)

We would love it if you, our customers, could leave a few words in comments about how it's been for you shopping at our store all this time. Maybe there is something you want added or improved. congrats on 3 fantastic years! Shopping at PFD is always a pleasure. You have made everything so easy, all the information we need is readily available! The exclusive club and prepaid projects are wonderful and exciting and your range of artists and designers can't be beat! Also the surprise gifts for loyal customers, discounts and sales keep us coming back!! One feature I truly love is the ability to have a second license number (this is fantastic for secret santa etc). I'm sure PFD will continue to keep us attracted and inspired as we move into 2014!!

I love shopping on your site because you have some of my favorite artist and shopping is so easy since I can go on the right hand side and look for my favorite artist name. I also like that I can look on the right to find the exclusives and pre-paids. Thank you for being so easy for me to navigate and your awesome artists. Congrats on 3 fabulous years.

Shopping on Pics for Design has been the best and easiest shopping experience! The artists here are wonderful and I love how when I buy something, I can just download it right away instead of waiting on an email or something! Customer service is wonderful and fast.
